Simple Satisfaction

Headphones are made to make you happy, and we back that up, with our return policies. If you're not pleased with your purchase from nz.purosound.com, just contact us within 7 days of receiving your product and we will give you a refund or replacement if they are returned to us as a complete product undamaged. A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the product & they have been assessed. While we hope it doesn't come to that, we'll make it as easy as possible. In addition to the 7-day Satisfaction Guarantee, Puro products are covered by a 1 year warranty.

Guarantee -the refund will not include shipping, Where shipping for the headphones was <NZ$35.00 (to Australia) an additional NZ$10.00 deduction will be made before the refund is given.

You will be responsible for returning the headphones to the point of sale in Auckland, New Zealand.

Changes to orders can be made until the product is shipped however in some cases a $5.00 fee will be incurred.
