Miss 3 was super excited to get these awesome looking headphones for her birthday & is even happier now she can block out her dads tv noise & watch Bluey on her iPad.
Excellent
Hello
why do your BT2200’s not have ANC? I strongly feel that for the price they should! i know you have ANC’s for kids, but they are ON EAR rather than over ear, which compromises the seal. Passive noise canceling doesn’t quite cut it on a long haul flight
We first purchased the ANC’s (on amazon) and when we discovered they were on ear - we sent back for a refund to then purchase the BT2200’s for long haul flight and comfort. We have just completed the first leg of this trip and found the BT’s would be ideal with ANC feature, as there is a lot of ambient noise cutting into the signal - so enjoyment of program is low and passive noise canceling is low.
I guess this is feed back on value for money. I’d like to see BT2200’s with ANC or Or the ANC’s should be over ear as well as on ear per the BT2200's rather than just on ear.
I know there is not much that can be done now. Any help you can offer us as customers would be great, as we feel a bit underwhelmed with our purchase
All the best,
Rob
